Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unopened and in its original packaging

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please Note:
A 4% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times vary by bank or card provider.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Any product that is not in its original condition

  • Items that are missing original packaging

  • Used, opened, or altered products

4. Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

Include:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If a return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will provide a prepaid return label

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed

  • A 4% restocking fee will be deducted from all canceled orders

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped

Once processing has begun, shipping costs may have already been incurred and fulfillment may be underway. At that point, cancellations are no longer possible.
